A customer brought in a flatdeck van trailer for ramp installation. The rear doors were removed, and 4′ of the trailer floor and structural supports were cut out. This section was rebuilt with a fabricated beaver tail. A hydraulic system, including a pump and cylinders, was installed to operate the ramp. A new steel ramp measuring 8′ by 11′ was fabricated and mounted.
The project was completed with functional testing and inspection to ensure proper operation.
