A truck came in with both the frame rails cracked and needing to be replaced. We removed the roll off system, so we could access the rails, then we braced the cab and removed one rail. We laid out the frame holes on the new rail, drilled all the holes, secured the new rail in place and repeated those steps on the opposite rail. Our team reinstalled the roll off system to complete the project.
